Ivan Barbosa
Creative Director

A true Carioca, Ivan earned his Industrial Design degree from UniverCidade-RJ in 2007. However, as early as 2004, he ventured into freelancing for challenging projects, specializing in Branding Innovation.

Renowned for his avant-garde approach and fervent enthusiasm for illustration, Ivan's curiosity about the arts and the future has always propelled his work.

Starting as an intern at Studio Attila, Ivan worked on projects for clients like Victor Hugo and Michelin. His career journey saw him oversee projects spanning brand identity, packaging, signage, and editorials.

Co-founding Motiva® in 2011, Ivan's innate creativity and raw talent have propelled numerous projects that continually push the boundaries of innovation.

As Creative Director, he champions bold ideas, fostering artistic exploration with his visionary approach and spontaneous energy.

Dante Campana
Business Development Director

Dante, a native of Rio de Janeiro, pursued Industrial Design at PUC-RJ, graduating in 2004. He also earned an MBA in Branding from Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco.

His passion for design ignited early, fueled by a love for sports and a knack for sketching team logos and jerseys.

His professional journey kicked off with an internship at the sports newspaper Diário Lance!, where he honed his layout skills. As a full-time designer, Dante has lent his creative expertise to various design agencies, working with esteemed clients such as FGV and Fashion Rio. He co-founded Motiva® in 2011.

A former Creative Director at Motiva®, Dante was known for his precision and intellectual approach, weaving cultural insights into captivating brands and narratives.

Now, as Business Development Director, Dante leverages his design acumen to cultivate client relationships and propel Motiva®'s growth.
